Susan Caplan
Susan Caplan is an acknowledged writer and skilled business communication and marketing strategist with excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Prior to creating SC Associates, LLC, Susan Caplan exhibited a proven track record as a skilled business communication/marketing specialist at Allstate Insurance Company and Beatrice Foods.

Susan has given presentations at numerous venues including: Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, DePaul University Graduate Program, Loyola University, Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), the American Marketing Association (AMA), Women in Technology Institute (WITI), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and the Midwest Springboard Women Venture Capital Forum.

Susan is an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University. She recently published Marketing Yourself to the Real World: 10 SIMPLE STEPS to gain a competitive edge in the job market. This book provides guidelines to help individuals new to the job market.   

Susan is active in many business associations and serves as a Director on various non-profit boards.
